The Annual Scientific Report 2017 is published by the Central Science Council for the first time. The 2017 report consists of three main sections: -Part 1: Orientation of activities of the Central Science Council. -Part 2: Advisory report and typical scientific papers by council members; Outstanding research results of the projects have been accepted. -Part 3: Appendix, which includes prominent activities of the Central Science Council and the Local Science Councils in 2017; List of topics and projects have been accepted in 2017; List of topics and projects being implemented in 2017; List of topics and projects have been approved in 2018. This is a useful reference for scientific councils, experts and researchers who interested in scientific activities in Vietnam.
