The work identifies the present situation of Vietnam ethnic groups in terms of theories, perceptions, practices. The purpose of the book is aiming at solving a more and more perfectly the issues and problems (that Vietnam is facing) which bear the significance of the national strategy and of the survival of the nation of Vietnam.
